ITViet Mail

ITViet Mail is the email app for business mailboxes provided by ITViet.cz. Read, write and organise work email on your phone, in an interface decorated with traditional patterns from three regions of Vietnam. Please note: you can only sign in with a mailbox issued by ITViet.cz (business email hosting). Mailboxes are created only by ITViet.cz; self sign-up is not possible. TODAY • One screen with your unread, read and sent counts across all accounts. • Lists of unread and recently sent messages, one tap to open. MAIL • Several accounts on one phone: switch quickly, or see them together in "All inboxes". • Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Archive, Junk, Trash and your own folders. • Search by sender, subject and content. • Swipe to archive or delete, select many messages at once, flag, mark as read. • Snooze: put a message away until tonight, tomorrow morning, next week or a time you choose. • Messages you have opened stay on the phone, so you can reread them offline. READING • Warning for messages that look like phishing, based on the spam filter score. • Images in a message stay blocked until you tap "Show images". • Open or share attachments, save the sender to your contacts. WRITING • Recipient and contact group suggestions, Cc and Bcc. • Attach photos and files (up to 70 MB in total), share files from other apps into a new message. • Message templates and automatic signature. • Scheduled send, and undo send within a few seconds. • Follow-up reminder when a sent message gets no reply within the days you choose. • See whether the recipient has opened your message. • Drafts save themselves; when offline, messages wait in the Outbox and go out once you are back online. CONTACTS • Search, add, edit and delete contacts; call or write straight from a contact. • Contact groups to write to many people at once. SECURITY • Two-factor authentication supported at sign-in. • Your password is not stored on the phone; the device key lives in the phone's security chip. • Messages cached on the phone are encrypted. • Lock the app with fingerprint, face or screen lock. • See signed-in devices and revoke a lost one. • New-mail notification content is encrypted before it is sent to your phone. • No ads, no user behaviour analytics. THREE REGIONS DESIGN • Tai blouse embroidery (Northwest), Ê Đê brocade (Central Highlands) and Khmer temple kbach (South) take turns every day, or keep one pattern. • Choose your own seal, and one for each contact. • Light and dark mode; Vietnamese, Czech and English, switchable inside the app. ITViet Mail is developed and operated by VELUMO s.r.o. (ITViet.cz brand). Support: [email protected] · https://itviet.cz
