Ember Omnia - Evac bag

Ember Omnia helps you build and maintain a real emergency bag (go-bag / bug-out bag) for your household - and actually keep it ready, not just packed once and forgotten. WHY EMBER OMNIA Most emergency kits are assembled once, then quietly go out of date: water expires, batteries die, medication gets old, and nobody notices until it's too late. Ember Omnia tracks what you have, what you still need, and what's about to expire - so your kit stays genuinely ready. SET UP FOR YOUR HOUSEHOLD - Tell it how many adults, children, seniors and pets you're packing for - Choose how long you want to be self-sufficient: 48 hours, 72 hours, 5, 7, 10 days, or a custom number - Import ready-made supply categories (documents & finance, water, non-perishable food, first aid, tools, hygiene, clothing, pet supplies) and Ember Omnia auto-calculates the right quantities for your household size and timeframe TRACK WHAT ACTUALLY MATTERS - Required vs. current quantity for every item, so you instantly see what's missing - Expiry dates with configurable advance warnings - Maintenance items with recurring check intervals (e.g. "test the flashlight batteries every 90 days") - Photos and notes per item (store a copy of an ID document, dosage instructions, allergy notes) - Add fully custom items and categories - the built-in templates are a starting point, not a limit DASHBOARD & CHECKLIST MODE - One glance shows what percentage of your kit is OK, missing, or expiring soon - Filter by category, sort by urgency - Switch to Checklist Mode before an actual evacuation: a distraction-free, checkbox-only view designed to be usable under stress LOCAL NOTIFICATIONS - Reminders before items expire - Reminders for recurring checks (batteries, water rotation, equipment tests) - An annual reminder to review the whole kit No account, no server, no push notifications from the cloud - everything runs locally on your device. STAY INFORMED - A built-in news tab shows official weather warnings for your region - World Health tab: a composite global risk overview (conflict, climate events, disease outbreaks, air quality, displacement, poverty) built from public, trustworthy sources (ReliefWeb, USGS, WHO, Open-Meteo, World Bank), cached for offline viewing with a visible last-updated timestamp WORKS OFFLINE Everything except the news and World Health tabs works completely offline - because your emergency kit shouldn't depend on having signal. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - All your data stays on your device (no cloud sync, no account required) - No ads, no trackers, no analytics SDKs - Your photos and notes never leave your phone Choose from Light, Dark, or a warm Color theme - built to stay calm and legible, including in a real, stressful situation. Whether you're preparing for a natural disaster, a power outage, or just want peace of mind for your household, Ember Omnia keeps your emergency bag genuinely ready - not just packed.
