Fundación Derecho Sin Fronteras (DSF) te acompaña, de forma gratuita, para ayudarte a hacer valer tus derechos frente a las instituciones públicas de Costa Rica. Si la Caja Costarricense del Seguro Social (CCSS) te tiene en lista de espera, te negó un medicamento o una cita, o si el Ministerio de Educación Pública (MEP) no respondió tu gestión, DSF te ayuda a organizar tu caso y darle seguimiento desde tu teléfono. ¿Qué podés hacer en la app? • Abrí tu caso y contanos qué necesitás. • Chateá en tiempo real con el equipo de DSF asignado a vos. Compartí fotos, documentos, audios y tu ubicación cuando haga falta. • Seguí el avance de tu caso paso a paso, con notificaciones cuando hay novedades. • Completá tus formularios de forma simple, sin papeleo. • Hablá con María, la asistente de voz, que te guía durante el registro. ¿Cómo funciona? 1. Registrate con tu cédula y creá un PIN. 2. Contanos tu situación (salud con la CCSS o educación con el MEP). 3. El equipo de DSF revisa tu caso y te acompaña en cada etapa. Pensada para vos DSF está hecha para que cualquier persona la pueda usar: simple, clara y en español de Costa Rica.
