Erlinord Connected brings access to compatible Erlinord equipment, relevant information and service support together in one convenient mobile app. Whether you are on the production floor or away from your usual workstation, the app helps you stay informed and gives you a direct digital connection to Erlinord’s service team. Depending on your equipment, subscription and assigned access rights, Erlinord Connected may allow you to: • View your connected equipment and its current connection status • Access available machine information from your phone or tablet • Open compatible HMI screens remotely • Find relevant manuals and technical documentation • Share a clearer view of the situation with Erlinord support • Access the platform through an account configured for your role When assistance is required, secure remote connectivity can give Erlinord’s service team a stronger starting point for investigating the situation. This can support faster initial assessment, clearer communication and better preparation if an on-site visit is required. Security is built into the connection. Access to compatible equipment is established through secure VPN technology and managed through individual user accounts and assigned permissions. Erlinord Connected is available to Erlinord customers with compatible equipment and an active Erlinord Connected service. Available information, screens and functions depend on the technical configuration of the connected equipment and the customer’s service agreement. Our mobile app utilizes the VpnService to provide secure and encrypted remote access to devices within the app. The use of the VpnService does not enable internet access.
