Zy WeFit: Fitness Coaching

Zy WeFit is a complete fitness coaching platform that connects certified trainers with clients — workout plans, Indian diet plans, live video sessions, progress tracking and secure payments, all in one app. FOR CLIENTS Your workout, day by day Follow the plan your trainer built for you. 1,394 exercises with video demonstrations, target sets and reps, and a rest timer that keeps counting even when your screen is locked. Diet plans that make sense in India Meals measured the way you actually eat them — 6 idli, 1 cup rice, 150g paneer. Not abstract grams.
