Full description
Zuddh is a food safety manager for Indian kitchens. Restaurants, bakeries, cafés, sweet shops, cloud kitchens and canteens use it to run the day's hygiene checks, track food expiry, and keep their records ready for a food safety inspection. Zuddh is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FSSAI or any government body. WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE Today shows what the kitchen owes, in order of risk: the checks due now, the food to use first, the papers running out. Staff answer with two big buttons — Yes or No — and a photo where proof is needed. Most checks take seconds. A check that fails becomes an issue with someone's name on it, a due time, and an after-photo to close it. Nothing is left as "someone should look at that". BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY DO THE WORK • Hindi and English, switched in one tap • Every question can be read aloud, for staff who read little • Staff sign in by scanning their own badge, with nothing to type • Works offline: answers are saved on the phone and sent when the signal returns • Big buttons, no forms, no training needed VIDEO AUDITS Walk the kitchen once with the camera open. The app shows what to point at, takes each photo by itself when the picture is steady, and moves to the next step. One walk answers the day's camera checks — you are never asked for the same photo twice. AI THAT CHECKS THE PROOF, NOT THE PERSON A photo of a closed fridge is not proof the fridge is clean. Zuddh looks at each photo, asks for a retake when it does not show what was asked for, and points out what looks wrong for a manager to confirm or reject. The manager decides; the app never does. FOOD AND EXPIRY Add a batch and Zuddh works out what to use first, what to pull off the display, and what to throw away, with the wastage recorded. Opened products follow their own shorter clock. PAPERS THAT EXPIRE Food licence, FoSTaC training certificates, pest control, water tests, medical fitness. Zuddh keeps your own copies with their dates and warns you before they run out, not after. AUDIT READINESS, EXPLAINED A daily score built from rules you can read, never a number an AI made up. It tells you what is dragging it down and what to fix first, and it gathers your evidence pack for an inspection. The score is an internal guide for your team, not an official rating or certification. FOR OWNERS WITH SEVERAL BRANCHES One list of every branch, ranked by risk: what was missed, what failed, who is answering on time. Owners see exceptions, not dashboards to babysit. WHO IT IS FOR Restaurants · Bakeries · Cafés · QSR · Sweet shops · Ice-cream parlours · Cloud kitchens · Juice bars · Tiffin and catering · Institutional canteens Zuddh needs an account, which your business owner or manager creates. Photos and records belong to the business and are never sold or used for advertising. DISCLAIMER Zuddh is a private software product and does not represent FSSAI or any government authority. It does not issue licences, registrations or certificates. For official food safety rules and licensing, visit https://www.fssai.gov.in
