Zone77: The Clockwork Cycles

Long ago the sky died. People went under the ground and built 77 zones, and a giant machine, the Great Engine, gave them heat and light. One day the Engine stopped. 76 zones went dark. Only Zone77 still works. Every season, the Great Clock can start the Engine again. The alliance that builds it first will lead Zone77. Zone77: The Clockwork Cycles is a strategy game that runs in real time. Everything takes time: buildings, soldiers and carts all run on timers, and your town keeps working while you are away. BUILD YOUR TOWN • Build mines, wells and mushroom farms for Coal, Iron, Water and Food, and turn Iron and Coal into Gears at the Gear Factory. • Upgrade your buildings level by level. Bigger storage keeps more of what you make. • Settlers can start new towns on empty fields of the map. RAISE AN ARMY • Guards, fighters, spies, riders and wall breakers, each with its own strengths. • Choose a faction when you join a season: Brass Builders, Rail Raiders or Time Keepers. Each plays differently, and none is stronger than the others. • Try a battle in the simulator before you send your army. EXPLORE AND FIGHT • Raid the camps of the Rust, broken robots that live in the tunnels, and take their resources. • Spy on other towns, attack them, or send soldiers to help a friend. • Read a report after every battle, and follow the big stories of the day in the Brass News. PLAY TOGETHER • Join an alliance, chat, share reports and send help and resources to each other. • Trade resources with other players at the Market. • When the Great Clock sites appear, the whole alliance works to build the Clock to the top level and win the season. SEASONS Every season everyone starts at the same time on a new map. At the end the season closes, the winners are shown, and a new season begins, so there is always a fair new start. Zone77 is free to play. An optional weekly Master Tinker subscription adds comforts such as a longer build queue. Zone77 is in early testing.
