Advad Enumerator App

Advad is a secure field operations application designed for enumerators, supervisors, and administrators. Enumerators can access assigned projects, complete structured forms, capture GPS coordinates and supporting photos, save unfinished work as drafts, and continue collecting data when internet access is unavailable. Completed records can be synchronized when connectivity is restored. Supervisors can monitor assigned field activities, review submissions, track completion progress, and view relevant safety incidents. Administrators have broader visibility across projects, submissions, user accounts, assignments, and active SOS incidents. Key features include: • Assigned project and task management • Structured field-data collection • Offline drafts and resumable forms • GPS and photographic evidence capture • Submission synchronization and status tracking • Role-based access for enumerators, supervisors, and administrators • User and team management • SOS alerts with location sharing and incident status updates Location information is collected only when required by a form or when a user triggers an SOS alert. This helps verify field activities and allows authorized recipients to locate users during safety incidents. Advad helps field teams collect reliable information, coordinate operations, and work effectively in both online and offline environments.
