Zack: your family organizer

There's a version of your week where nothing slips, nobody has to chase anyone, and you actually feel on top of things. That's what Zack is for. Zack is a family task manager, household organizer, and shared to-do list, one place to capture everyday family commitments, manage family admin, share responsibilities, and actually get things done together. Not another calendar. Not another reminder app. Zack helps busy families capture what is scattered, turn messages into next steps, see what is coming, share the invisible load, and move tasks to done. 📌 BEFORE IT'S URGENT Know about it while there's still time to do something. Zack connects upcoming family commitments with preparation tasks and smart reminders, so school events, sports activities, appointments, registration deadlines, and birthdays become manageable before they become last-minute stress. Stop finding out the night before. 📌 ADMIN TO ACTION That school email? Done. The invoice? Sorted. The form you keep putting off? Handled. Forward any school message, invoice, club letter, or form. Zack extracts key dates, creates tasks, sets reminders, and can draft a reply. Family admin stops getting read once and forgotten. 📌 PLAN THE MOMENT Plan a birthday, dinner, trip, or school event without starting from scratch. Tell Zack what you want to plan. Zack creates the checklist, timing, reminders, and next steps so you do not have to start from zero. 📌 SHARE THE LOAD Your partner sees what's coming. The kids know what's theirs. One person shouldn't carry the full weight of family coordination. Assign shared family tasks to your partner or family members, track what's been done, and stop being the only one who knows what's next. A household organizer the whole family actually uses. Clarity and actual relief with Zack. 📌 MOVE IT TO DONE So you can actually be there. Most apps give you a better place to write things down. Zack helps you finish them. Break bigger tasks into steps, get AI-suggested next actions, and move birthday planning, weekend trips, school projects, and household admin from 'meaning to do it' to actually done. 📌 SEEN FOR WHAT YOU DO Nobody notices how much you do. Zack does. The appointments booked. The deadlines caught. The things remembered before they became problems. Zack celebrates you. You're seen for what you do.
