Zhero: quit drugs

Zhero walks with you while you quit alcohol, nicotine, cannabis, your phone or any of its fourteen substances and behaviours. It doesn't hand you internet averages: it works out your timelines from how long you've used, how often, and what you've already done. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • You don't start from zero. If you had months clean and slipped for a day, your body doesn't go back to day one. Zhero keeps that credit and shows it to you. • Substances get in each other's way. Sleep doesn't come back "7 days after alcohol" if you're also quitting weed. Zhero works out which one sets the pace for each system and how many days the others add on top. • Your timelines, not a study's. Ten years daily doesn't recover like six months of weekends. WHAT YOU GET • Clean-day counter per substance, with streaks, records and a calendar. • Quick logging of what you use, editable during the day. • Ten body systems (sleep, mood, anxiety, memory, energy, lungs, liver, heart, appetite, desire) with their recovery percentage. • Safety warnings when a combination is dangerous. Free forever. • A daily routine built around your working hours, with exercise before your weak hour and a plan for when cravings hit. • Reminders every few hours so you don't forget to log, only inside the time window you pick. • NEW: app blocking (Premium). Pick the apps that hook you and, before they open, Zhero has you breathe for the time you choose for each one. To know when you open them it uses the usage access permission; that data is never stored or sent anywhere. • A guided one-minute breathing exercise for when cravings hit. • NEW: healthy leisure ideas and home workouts inside your routine, a sitting-too-long reminder (Premium) and a guided tour to get started. • Routine editor: drag activities around and the times adjust on their own, never overlapping. • Relax mode with waves, light mode and dark mode, and eight colour palettes. YOURS ALONE Everything stays on your phone. No accounts, no sign-up, no ads and nothing sent to any server. FREE AND PREMIUM Free forever: the counter, logging, the routine, reminders and safety warnings. Premium (7-day free trial, then a yearly subscription): your personal report, the ten systems with the synergy between substances, where to start, every benefit with your exact day, rebuilding your routine, app blocking with breathing and all eight palettes. DISCLAIMER Zhero is a support tool, not a diagnosis, and does not replace a healthcare professional. If you are physically dependent on alcohol or benzodiazepines, stopping abruptly can be dangerous: talk to a doctor first.
