Zerxus: AI Strength Coach

Zerxus is an AI strength coach in your pocket — with real trainers in your corner. START FREE — 7 days, no card required. Zerxus builds you a personalized strength program with AI and adapts it as you train and recover. When you want a human eye, real certified trainers review your plan and add their suggestions. It's coaching that thinks like AI and cares like a trainer. WHAT YOU GET • AI-built training programs personalized to your goals, experience, and equipment • Programs that adapt week to week with RPE-based progressive overload • Recovery-aware training — a 10-second morning readiness check (sleep, energy, soreness, stress) tunes today's session so you push when you're fresh and back off when you're not • On-device Form Check — record a set and get an instant form score with a rep-by-rep replay. Runs entirely on your phone; nothing is uploaded • An AI coach chat that actually changes your plan — say "swap the deadlift, my back's tight" and it updates today's workout, not just the conversation • Optional review of your program by real strength & conditioning coaches • Nutrition tracking with full macros and micros — log a meal by photo or voice in seconds • Built-in rest timer, set logging, and last-performance tracking • A personal AI coach that remembers your full training history HOW IT WORKS 1.
