Project Pan Use It Up Tracker

Project Pan Use It Up Tracker helps you finish the beauty products you already own with more intention. Track makeup, skincare, fragrance and other beauty products, log each use, follow Project Pan goals, and celebrate every hit pan and empty. Create focused projects around the products you want to use more consistently. Build seasonal Project Pan challenges or rolling use-it-up projects, see how many products are in rotation, and follow overall project progress as your usage adds up. TRACK DAILY USE Log product use quickly and keep a clear record of how often each item is actually being used. See current use counts across your beauty collection and spot the products getting the most attention. FOLLOW PROJECT PAN PROGRESS Organize products into projects with a defined goal. Track active items, hit-pan milestones, and finished or empty products so you can see real progress instead of relying on memory. BUILD MINDFUL USE-IT-UP PROJECTS Create rolling projects that encourage finishing an open product before adding a considered replacement. Keep your beauty routine focused on what you already own. SEE INSIGHTS THAT MATTER Review weekly usage, finished-product counts, monthly activity, most-used products and average cost per use. Use these insights to understand your habits and get more value from your collection. KEEP AN EMPTIES HISTORY Every finished product becomes part of your empties history, including the finish date and total uses. Look back on what you completed and how much use you got from it. Project Pan Use It Up Tracker is built for beauty lovers who want a calmer, more intentional way to enjoy makeup, skincare, fragrance and personal care products. Whether you're working through a seasonal project pan, rotating a small focus group, or trying to use what you own before replacing it, the app keeps your progress visible and easy to follow. Use more of what you have. Notice your progress. Finish with intention.
