Noted Field is the meeting capture app for Zaptech AI's sales team. Choose an assigned client and products, add the meeting purpose and participants, then start recording. Submit the recording to the office for processing and follow-up. MEETING CAPTURE - Start recordings yourself, with an ongoing recording notification and stop controls. - Keep recording when the screen is locked. - Save captures locally before upload and retry unfinished uploads when connectivity returns. - View submission status without in-app playback, transcripts, summaries or AI analysis. Audio is uploaded to Zaptech's systems for transcription and analysis using Google's Vertex AI. The Field app is for capture; the office handles the write-up. STAFF ACCESS Accounts are issued by a Zaptech administrator. There is no public sign-up, and access is limited to authorized staff.
