Zaller

Every session, every mission, every step forward — a development record that belongs to the player and travels with them from club to club. Zaller is a football development platform for clubs, coaches, players and the families behind them. Youth and adult, under one roof. FOR CLUBS Organise the club, sessions, matches, memberships to individual and team development for coaches and players. Earlier player retention and coach development. • Organise training sessions and fixtures across every team in one calendar • See which sessions still need a coach, and arrange cover. • Collect memberships and keep track of who's paid without chasing a group chat • Run your club shop and kit in the same place you run everything else • Build your own mission library so your philosophy reaches every player — one club, one direction, whatever age group they're in • Develop your coaches as deliberately as your players • See development happening across the FA four corners, every team, every age group FOR COACHES Develop yourself and your players. • A library of thousands of missions, organised by age phase and by part of the game — you never have to invent what to work on • Four levels on every mission, so the player just starting their journey and the established one can work on the same idea at the right level for them • Written in age-appropriate language throughout — what a seven-year-old reads is not what a fifteen-year-old reads • Grade a player in a couple of taps and record watch then grow from the comfort of your device. • Your own coaching objectives across the season — session design, delivery, player development, communication, game management and standards • Plan sessions and matchdays, see who's replied, and know where cover is needed FOR PARENTS Watch your child's journey, whatever their age. • See how they're developing in plain words, not scores • Know what's on this week — training, matches, times and venues, in one place • Reply to what is relevant for you no more endless group chats. • Everything your child sees is age-appropriate and signed off by their coach — nothing reaches them that a coach hasn't confirmed • safeguarding issues can reported directly to the club or local FA. FOR PLAYERS Develop your own game. • Objectives built around how you actually play, from your first season to your fifteenth • Adult players get in-game objectives specific to their position and their game • Take on missions set by your coach and get them signed off • Keep what you've earned — badges, personal bests, your own record • Watch a season build up instead of disappearing into a group chat BUILT AROUND THE CHILD Children don't sign themselves up — a parent or the club creates a player profile. There's no advertising and no tracking. Development is shown as their own progress, and nothing is ever deducted for missing football.
