YumScout

Street food moves. YumScout keeps up. YumScout is a live map of the food trucks, carts, and stands open near you right now. No stale listings, no guessing — if a pin is on the map, someone is cooking. FIND WHAT'S COOKING • Open the app to a live map of vendors selling near you at this exact moment • Moving vendors — ice cream trucks, paleta carts, eloteros — show up as a dot that actually moves across the map • Search by name or cuisine, and filter by tacos, BBQ, coffee, desserts, and more • See photos, menus, ratings, and how long a vendor has been live before you walk over • Get directions in one tap when you're ready to go • Nothing live nearby? Tap "notify me" and we'll ping you the moment someone fires up in your area ORDER AHEAD, SKIP THE LINE • Browse the menu, customize your items, add a note, and pay in seconds with Google Pay or a saved card • Get a big, bold pickup code and live status updates as your food is prepared • Walk past the line, show your code, grab your food • Tips go 100% to the vendor — always • Pickup only. Street food is best eaten twenty feet from where it's made. NEVER MISS YOUR FAVORITES • Follow vendors you love and get a push notification the moment they go live near you • Your Following list shows who's live right now, sorted by distance • Set your own notification radius and quiet hours — helpful, never spammy • Leave reviews and photos to help the next hungry person find the good stuff FOR VENDORS: KEEP MORE OF YOUR MONEY Run a truck, a trailer, a cart, a stand — even a lemonade table? YumScout was built for you. • A flat 7% per order plus a simple monthly subscription — while typical ordering platforms take 15–30% of every sale • Go live in one tap: drop a static pin, or broadcast your position as you roam so your dot moves with you • Take skip-the-line orders with a queue built for a busy window: accept with a prep time, mark ready, complete by pickup code • Sold out of something? "86 it" in one tap. Slammed? Pause ordering while your pin stays on the map • Your followers get notified the moment you open — your regulars find you wherever you park • Fast payouts via Stripe, plus a simple dashboard for sales, tips, top items, and new followers • No business license required to get started.
