Turn any Android tablet into a clock-in terminal for your workplace. Staff clock in and out at the door with face recognition, a PIN or a QR badge — no phones needed, no queues. The tablet keeps working when the internet drops and syncs every punch as soon as it is back. • Face, PIN and QR badge clock-in, with a photo on every punch if you want one • Works offline — punches are queued and synced, with the real time preserved even if the tablet clock is wrong • Breaks, overtime and late arrivals calculated to your rules • Fire roll call: who is on site right now, grouped by department, printable • Staff can see their shifts, swap them or claim open ones, and request time off — all from the tablet • Jobs and tasks: staff pick up the job assigned to them and log what they finished • Live TV board mode: put a screen on the wall showing who is working on what • English, Turkish, Polish and Romanian Yumee Workforce Kiosk works with a Yumee Workforce account. Your manager sets up the tablet with a pairing code; there is nothing for staff to install or sign in to. Locked-down kiosk mode is supported: the tablet runs only this app, with no home screen or browser.

What's new

Kiosk security: the code that unlocks kiosk mode is now set per tablet by your manager in the panel (Settings → Devices) and is checked on the tablet itself, even offline. A tablet without a code says so clearly, and the fire roll call always opens. Break screen redesigned: large one-tap buttons at clock-out instead of a small dialog, and if nobody answers it continues with "No break" after 45 seconds.
