Full description

Put your phone or tablet in front of you and start moving. Mover shows a target pose, follows your body with the front camera and on-device pose detection, and moves on to the next pose as soon as you match it. HOW A SESSION WORKS • The target pose is drawn on screen, and your own body appears as a live skeleton over the camera image • A match meter shows how close you are; when you hit the pose, the screen flashes green and a short spoken “well done” plays • Poses come in random order until time is up; skip any pose that does not suit you • At the end you see how many poses you matched and how long you trained 20 FULL-BODY POSES • Arms up, T-pose, star, arms out to the side, hands on hips, knee lifts, squats, wide stance and more • Reshuffled every session PROCESSED ON YOUR DEVICE • Pose detection runs locally on your phone or tablet • Camera frames are analysed on the device and are not uploaded • No account, no sign-up, no profile MADE TO FIT YOUR TIME • Choose a session length of 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes • Turn the spoken cue on or off • Works on a phone propped against something, or on a tablet; a front camera is required You need room to move and a place to stand the device where it can see you.
