yousentinel

YouSentinel lets people report and discover what's happening in their neighborhood, in real time and on a shared map. HOW IT WORKS Open the app and immediately see what has been reported around you. Every report sits on the map at the exact spot where it happened, with its category, the time it was posted, and how far it is from you. Noticed something others should know about? Tap the button and write your report: it appears right away on the map of everyone nearby. PROXIMITY ALERTS Walk close to a reported spot and the app sends you a notification. No need to keep it open or check it constantly. A COMMUNITY THAT REGULATES ITSELF Any report can be confirmed or disputed by other users with a vote, and commented on to add details. Inappropriate content can be flagged by anyone with a single tap: after a few flags it is automatically hidden and sent for review. Reports expire on their own after a few hours. The map stays clean and shows only what is happening now, not an archive of the past. SEVEN LANGUAGES English, Italian, French, Spanish, German, Japanese and Chinese. YOUR PRIVACY YouSentinel does not track your movements. Your location is used only while the app is open, to show you what's nearby. There are no ads and your data is never sold to third parties. You can delete your account and all your content at any time, directly from the app. IMPORTANT Reports are submitted by users and are not verified. YouSentinel is not an emergency service: if you are in immediate danger, always call your local emergency number. This app is intended for adult users only.
