Your Golf Planner

Your Golf Planner — Less admin. More golf. Golf starts long before the first tee. Your Golf Planner (YGP) is the simple way to organise golf rounds, golf days, societies, competitions and golf trips — bringing everything together in one place instead of scattered WhatsApp messages, spreadsheets and notes. PLAN YOUR ROUND Create a round in minutes and add all the important details: • Choose your golf course • Set the date and tee time • Add the number of players • Select your competition format • Add costs and payment details • Add notes and other information • Invite your players Whether it’s a casual fourball, a society day, a competition or a weekend away, YGP keeps everything organised. FIND AND MANAGE YOUR COURSE Find your golf course and keep course information together with your round. YGP can use GPS/location features to help you find and identify golf courses, making it easier to organise a round wherever you’re playing. INVITE PLAYERS Invite your friends, family, colleagues or fellow golfers to your round. Players can respond to invitations, see the details of the day and keep up to date with changes — without the organiser having to chase everyone individually. Build your own player list and easily invite people you’ve played with before. MANAGE THE DAY Once everyone is invited, YGP gives you one place to manage everything. See who’s playing, who’s confirmed, what’s still outstanding and all the important details for the day. No more scrolling through endless WhatsApp conversations trying to work out who’s actually playing. GOLF COMPETITIONS Create competitions and choose the format that suits your day. YGP supports formats including: • Stableford • Gross • Net • Match play Set up your competition, organise the players and keep the results together with the round. SCORES & RESULTS Record scores and keep track of results from your round. When the round is complete, publish the results so everyone can see how they got on. Your completed rounds are saved, giving you a record of the golf you’ve organised and played. PAYMENTS & MONEY Keep the financial side of your golf day organised too. YGP lets organisers set costs and manage payments between players, with support for: • Card payments through Stripe • Bank transfer • Cash • Deposits and staged payments Payments can be made securely between users through Stripe, while YGP keeps track of what each player owes and the status of payments. GOLF TRIPS & MULTI-ROUND EVENTS Planning more than one round? Create an event and organise multiple rounds within it. Perfect for: • Golf weekends • Society trips • Away days • Competitions • Charity golf events • Corporate golf days And when you’re planning your next event, Play Again makes it easy to duplicate an existing event and start organising the next one. YOUR GOLF, YOUR WAY YGP is designed around the way golfers actually organise golf. You don’t need to replace your existing golf app. You don’t need another complicated handicap system or shot-tracking device. YGP is about making the organisation around golf easier. Create the round. Invite the players. Manage the details. Play the golf. Record the results. Do it all again. LESS WHATSAPP. LESS ADMIN. MORE GOLF. Whether you’re organising your regular fourball, running a golf society, arranging a golf weekend or putting together a competition, Your Golf Planner gives you everything you need to organise the day in one place.
