Yokel - The Giving Network

Yokel: The Giving Network connects community groups with local restaurants to turn dining into a fundraising force for good. It’s a self-serve fundraising marketplace and loyalty platform where schools, PTOs, sports teams, nonprofits and more partner with neighborhood eateries for win-win fundraiser events. Local restaurants get an easy, effective way to drive foot traffic and sales, while community organizations raise much-needed funds – all while bringing neighbors together. Plan and host events with ease. Yokel streamlines the entire fundraiser process, cutting down on human error and manual work. With a few taps you can schedule a fundraiser in seconds, avoiding double-bookings or staffing headaches. Restaurants can pick convenient dates (and prevent scheduling conflicts with busy hours), then prepare knowing big crowds are coming. Yokel even automates the paperwork – handling all the tax forms and donation receipts for each event so you don’t have to. Spend less time on logistics and more time engaging your community. Maximize your impact and revenue. Yokel gives real-time visibility into your fundraiser’s success. Track attendance and donations in real time, so organizers and owners can see how much money is raised as the event unfolds. Some restaurants have seen daily sales jump over 500% during fundraisers – a testament to how powerful these events can be for business and local causes. Yokel helps you quantify the effectiveness of each event with built-in analytics, so you can celebrate the results and plan future events with confidence. Engage supporters and build loyalty. Community fundraising isn’t just about one night – it’s about lasting connections. Yokel includes powerful CRM tools (customer relationship management) to retarget guests after the event with exclusive offers, discounts, and promotions. This means a one-time diner can become a loyal regular, and supporters feel appreciated with VIP perks. Attendees can receive rewards and discounts during events as a thank-you for showing up, making their experience special and encouraging them to support again. With Yokel, you turn good will into long-term loyalty. Promote and share effortlessly. Yokel makes it simple to get the word out and fill your event. Built-in promotion tools and social sharing features let you spread the news to your community with just a few clicks. Supporters can easily RSVP and share the fundraiser on social media, bringing more friends and family to dine for your cause. Even those who can’t attend in person can contribute digitally through the app, thanks to easy, anytime contributions on their smartphones. Every supporter can help – Yokel ensures no one is left out, boosting your campaign’s reach beyond the restaurant walls.
