Put your phone down just once before bed. Tap the full moon and gentle sounds start to flow, then fade out slowly at the time you choose. MySlowSleep is made for the night. ■ Three sounds, each at your level · Nature: rain, waves, stream, wind and crickets; mix several together · Frequency: a low, soft brown noise (calm, like white noise) · Music: gentle night pieces we made for falling asleep · Turn each one up or down on its own.
