YIT塗膜測定は、橋梁をはじめとするインフラ構造物の塗装工事で、塗膜（とまく）の厚さを現場で測定し、その場で記録するための業務用アプリです。これまで紙の野帳に書き取って事務所で転記していた作業を、スマートフォン1台で完結できます。 ■ ご利用にあたって本アプリは、ヤマダインフラテクノス株式会社および同社と取引のある協力会社の従業員が使用する業務用アプリです。ご利用には会社から配布されるアカウントが必要です。一般の方はご利用いただけません。 ■ 主な機能・現場とロットの選択　担当する現場を一覧から選び、元請工事と下請工事で絞り込めます。現場ごとのパスワードで、担当外の現場のデータは開けないようにしています。・測定箇所ごとの入力　主桁、横桁といった測定箇所ごとに、必要な測点数だけ順番に値を入力していきます。今どこを測っているかが常に画面に出るので、測り忘れや二重入力を防げます。・膜厚計からの自動取り込み　対応する膜厚計をUSBで接続すると、測定した値がそのままアプリに入ります。手で数字を打ち直す必要がありません。膜厚計が手元にない場合や、うまく接続できない場合は、画面上のテンキーから手入力もできます。・その場での合否判定　目標膜厚と最小割合をもとに、下限を下回った値を赤く表示します。現場を離れる前に測り直しの要否が分かります。・下書きの保存　入力の途中で保存しておき、後から続きを入力できます。・国土交通省様式とネクスコ様式に対応　現場ごとに定められた様式に合わせて、判定に使う計算方法を切り替えます。 ■ 記録したデータについて入力した測定データは、会社のサーバーへ送信され、管理画面から集計や帳票の出力ができます。通信はすべて暗号化しています。
