In Stats > Settings (gear) > Integrations > Health > Sync, grant access to: • Steps: see daily progress and earn XP/Vitality at 3,000 / 7,000 / 10,000 steps. • Exercise sessions: workouts of 10+ minutes earn XP and life stats; supported relaxation-style sessions such as yoga count toward mindfulness rewards. We use session times, type and ID, not cycling cadence. • Sleep: recorded sleep totaling 7+ hours per wake date can earn a daily reward. Sync uses records already in Health Connect. After consent it can run manually or refresh while you use the app. Relevant reward evidence is sent to ReLife’s backend to prevent duplicates. Access is read-only and optional; revoke it anytime in Health Connect. Health data is not sold or used for ads. ReLife does not provide medical advice. Tasks and habits work without health access.
