Full description
FocusDesk — full Play Store description (300 words) FocusDesk is a study app for students who want to remember more and waste less time. It brings Active Recall, Pomodoro, the Feynman Technique, spaced repetition, and mentor tasks into one simple system you can open every day. Stop rereading the same page and start retrieving what you know. With Active Recall you write your own questions, test yourself with high-yield flashcards, and prove you know the answer before you move on. That retrieval practice is what locks facts into long-term memory, whether you are preparing for exams, revising a chapter, or catching up after a busy week. Pomodoro keeps your sessions honest. Pick a focus block, study without scrolling, then take a short break and come back. When energy drops, the break is already planned, so you finish the evening instead of quitting halfway through. The Feynman Technique asks you to explain a topic in simple words, as if you were teaching a friend. If you cannot say it clearly, you have found a gap. Break the idea into parts, fill those gaps, and try again until the explanation is clean. Spaced repetition fights the forgetting curve. Log your exams and revision intervals so ideas come back just before they fade. Instead of cramming once, you revisit the right topics at the right time. Mentors can join your loop. Share an invite code so a mentor can send you questions matched to how you should submit: a URL, a Drive link, an image or photo link, or a typed answer. Paste a link or type a response, mark the task complete, and keep studying. Your tasks hold both mentor work and the work you create for yourself. Pending and completed lists, plus a simple chart, show what is still open and what you have already finished. Sign in and start today. Recall, focus, explain, revisit, and get feedback without wasting the evening on setup.
