Yaaya

🌱 Yaaya – Connecting Sri Lanka’s Agricultural Supply Chain Yaaya is a smart agricultural coordination platform designed to connect producers, transporters, and buyers in one digital network. From the farm to the buyer, Yaaya helps coordinate the movement of agricultural produce by bringing key participants of the supply chain together. 🌾 For Producers List available agricultural produce and share important information such as: • Produce type • Available quantity • Expected price • Location • Availability Producers can make their available produce more visible to potential buyers while reducing the difficulty of finding suitable market connections. 🚛 For Transporters Transporters can connect with agricultural delivery requirements and help move produce from producers to buyers. Yaaya helps make transportation coordination more organized by connecting transport requirements with the relevant supply and destination. 🏪 For Buyers Buyers can discover available agricultural produce from producers and coordinate purchasing requirements. This creates a more direct connection between supply and demand and can help buyers find suitable produce based on availability, quantity, location, and other relevant information. 🔗 One Connected Supply Chain Yaaya brings the key participants together: Producer → Yaaya → Transporter → Buyer Instead of treating production, transportation, and purchasing as separate activities, Yaaya provides a shared digital platform for coordinating the agricultural supply chain. 📊 Data-Driven Agriculture As the platform develops, Yaaya is designed to support better agricultural decision-making through supply and demand information, data visualization, forecasting, and transportation coordination. The goal is to help stakeholders understand the market more clearly and make more informed decisions. ♻️ Reducing Unnecessary Waste Agricultural produce can face challenges when supply, demand, and transportation are not well coordinated. By improving connections between producers, transporters, and buyers, Yaaya aims to contribute to: • Better supply-demand coordination • More efficient transportation • Reduced unnecessary handling and delays • Better market access for producers • More efficient purchasing for buyers 🇱🇰 Built for Sri Lanka Yaaya is being developed with Sri Lanka’s agricultural ecosystem in mind, connecting local producers, transporters, and buyers through a digital platform. Whether you produce, transport, or purchase agricultural products, Yaaya is designed to help make the journey from farm to buyer more connected and coordinated. 🌱 Yaaya — Connecting Sri Lanka’s Agricultural Supply Chain.
