It is designed exclusively for authorized HELPEX drivers and delivery personnel to manage assigned jobs, follow delivery instructions, and complete tasks efficiently from pickup to final handover. HELPEX operates in the B2B delivery and logistics sector, providing businesses with reliable transportation and movement of goods between warehouses, stores, branches, suppliers, offices, and other commercial locations. The HELPEX Agent app supports these operations by giving drivers the tools and information needed to carry out each delivery accurately and on time. With HELPEX Agent, drivers can: • Receive and manage assigned delivery tasks View new and active jobs, delivery schedules, and task information directly from the app. • Access pickup and drop-off details See addresses, business locations, contact information, special instructions, and other job details required to complete each delivery. • Navigate between delivery locations Use location and navigation information to reach pickup points, delivery destinations, branches, warehouses, and other business locations. • Update delivery status in real time Keep the HELPEX operations team informed by updating each job as it moves through the delivery process, from assignment and pickup to arrival and completion. • Capture proof of delivery Submit photos, notes, signatures, or other required delivery confirmation to create a clear record of completed jobs. • Improve communication with operations Provide real-time progress updates that help the HELPEX operations team coordinate drivers, monitor active deliveries, and manage daily logistics activity. • Keep delivery work organized Access assigned jobs, delivery details, task updates, and completion records through one connected driver workflow.
