時計アプリとしても、歴史の勉強にも使える1本。秒針付きのアナログ時計をメイン表示しつつ、今この瞬間が江戸時代では何の刻にあたるかをリアルタイムで確認できます。「丑三つ時って正確に何時？」「時代劇で出てくる〇の刻って今の何時？」そんな疑問をこのアプリで解決できます。江戸時代では日の出を「明け六つ」（卯の刻）、日の入りを「暮れ六つ」（酉の刻）として1日の時間を決めていました。昼と夜をそれぞれ6等分した「一刻（いっとき）」が基本単位で、季節によって長さが変わる「不定時法」が使われていました。このアプリではGPSで現在地の日の出・日の入り時刻を自動取得し、今この瞬間が江戸時代では何の刻にあたるかをリアルタイムで表示します。また歴史小説や時代劇でよく使われる、一刻を2時間固定とした分かりやすい「定時法」表示にも対応しています。普段使いの時計としても、歴史や時代劇をもっと楽しみたい方、日本の文化や暦に興味がある方にぴったりのアプリです。ピクチャー・イン・ピクチャーで１．現代のアナログ時計２．現代のデジタル時計３．昔の十二辰刻のイラスト① ４．昔の十二辰刻のイラスト② を選択してスマホの画面に表示しつつ別の作業をすることも可能です。別アプリ『Sleep Switch』でスマホの自動消灯を一時的に抑止すれば時計を表示したままに出来ます！
