It is a business tool designed to manage roofing and solar projects from the first lead to the final invoice, all from your phone in the field. Access to the app requires a valid company account. It is intended for internal business use only and is not a consumer application. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Leads & Jobs: View, create, and manage leads and jobs, and track each one through the pipeline (Lead, Prospect, Approved, Completed, Invoiced). - Dashboard: See your current pipeline, action items, and key numbers at a glance, including a dedicated XPDR view. - Photos & Documents: Capture and upload job-site and roof photos, estimates, worksheets, and signed documents directly from the field. - Communications: Stay in sync with your team through job messages, comments, mentions, and the @Me activity feed so nothing falls through the cracks. - Production & Orders: Track material orders, schedules, and production status for each job. - Insurance Claims: Keep carrier, adjuster, and claim details organized alongside each job. - Leads: name, trade, and a phone or email are now required, so every lead reaches the rep with enough info to work it. Leads imported from XField ask for what's missing when you Complete & Assign. - Log Sold Contract: choose the company (X Roofing or XPDR). It's suggested from your division; change it if it's not right. - Leaderboards: X Roofing and XPDR now have separate rankings. - Photos: quick Document upload button. - Fixes: document checkboxes, smart estimate, search results.
