Jotbasket: Grocery List

Jotbasket is a grocery list that looks and feels like a list scribbled on notebook paper. Add what you need in seconds, tick it off with a hand-drawn strike, and let the app remember what you buy most. 100% OFFLINE AND PRIVATE Your lists stay on your phone. Jotbasket has no internet access, no accounts, no ads and no tracking. It asks for no permissions at all. ADD ITEMS FAST • Type an item and pick from live suggestions, in your own language, ignoring case and accents. • Write quantities naturally: "2 milk", "1.5 kg rice", "1,5 kg", even Arabic and Hindi digits. • Browse a built-in catalog of over 130 everyday items across 10 categories, each with an emoji. Fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, meat and fish, pantry, spices and sauces, drinks, snacks, household and care. It includes staples from Moroccan, Middle Eastern, South Asian and Latin kitchens. • Tap an item in the catalog to add it, tap again to remove it. YOUR USUALS COME FIRST Jotbasket learns which items you add most and recently, and shows them as one-tap "Your usuals" chips. A Frequent tab ranks everything you buy, with how many times you added it and when you last did. Adding the same item twice simply raises its quantity. A NOTEBOOK THAT FEELS REAL • Lined, grid or plain paper with a red margin line and a subtle paper texture. • Handwritten fonts, with a dedicated handwriting style for Arabic. • Hand-drawn checkboxes, an animated wavy strike-through and a little celebration when everything is done. • Sticky-note cards for your lists, with a progress line on each. • Paper (light) and Night notebook (dark) themes. Handwriting size small, medium or large. BUILT FOR REAL SHOPPING • Items drop into "In the basket" as you check them off. • Swipe to edit or delete, with Undo. • Set quantity, unit (pcs, kg, g, L, mL, pack, dozen, bottle, can, box) and a note for any item. • Sort by category, order added or alphabetical. • Duplicate a list, or "Shop again" to copy it with everything unchecked. • Archive lists, share a list as text, and reopen your last list when you launch the app. SIX LANGUAGES English, Français, Español, العربية (full right-to-left layout), हिन्दी and Português. Switch language inside the app at any time. Simple, calm, and yours. Download Jotbasket and start your first list.
