Briko Daily

When you know what needs doing but can’t get started, Briko Daily helps you move from a brain dump to one concrete first action. Capture what’s on your mind by typing or speaking. Review and edit the voice transcript before sending. Briko can turn what you share into tasks, dates, times, and reminders. When a task is ready to begin, Briko suggests one small physical first step—something specific you can do, not a vague instruction to “be productive.” Choose when you want to start and, if a reminder would help, choose its type: call-style, alarm, or push. At the chosen time, a Briko call-style reminder can bring the task and first action back to you. You can mark the task complete, snooze the reminder, or end it. Need help getting underway? Help Me Start offers one manageable micro-step at a time, so you can focus on beginning instead of facing a long plan. Briko Daily is designed for people who get stuck at the starting line, including adults with ADHD. It is a practical task-starting tool, not a treatment for ADHD. With Briko Daily, you can: • Capture tasks and thoughts with voice or text • Turn a brain dump into organized tasks, dates, and reminders • Get a concrete first action when you’re ready to start • Schedule call-style, alarm, and push reminders • Use Help Me Start to take the next micro-step • Keep track of tasks, completions, and upcoming reminders Free access includes 100 AI credits and 10 call-style reminders per week.
