MEET ON BOARD è l'applicazione per tablet che permette di gestire in modo efficace e sicuro i Consigli di Amministrazione e i Comitati Esecutivi di banche e aziende. Si controllano i documenti e si verificano i dati, tutto in digitale, eliminando la carta e ottimizzando tempi e costi. Si gestiscono tutte le fasi, dall'invio della convocazione alla definizione dell'ordine del giorno, dalla conferma delle presenze alla gestione delle comunicazioni. Si dispone di un sistema molto più sicuro della carta per proteggere le informazioni ma altrettanto semplice da utilizzare. MEET ON BOARD permette di ottenere miglioramenti significativi in tutte le fasi legate all'organizzazione di un Consiglio di Amministrazione e di un Comitato. I consiglieri possono informarsi in modo più efficace per prendere le decisioni più opportune per la governance della propria organizzazione. I funzionari incaricati possono preparare i documenti su un portale Web e inviare le versioni sempre aggiornate agli iPad. La protezione dei dati è totale, visto che tutte le informazioni salvate nel sistema sono crittografate. CDA prevede inoltre un sistema multiazienda per i grandi gruppi: con un’unica installazione server si possono gestire più Consigli di Amministrazione.
