Grimlore is a dark, illuminated-manuscript reader for your own self-hosted book and comic library — Grimmory or BookOrbit. Sign in to your server, browse your shelves, download what you like, and read it anywhere — even offline. One app for nearly every format: • Books — EPUB, MOBI, AZW3, FB2 • Documents — PDF • Comics — CBZ, CBR, CB7 Built for reading: • Offline-first — download titles and read with no connection • Bookmarks, highlights, and notes, kept on your device • Reading progress and reading-time stats • Comic reader with single, dual, and continuous layouts, fit modes, zoom, and left- or right-to-left paging per book • Adjustable themes, fonts, spacing, and margins, tuned for e-ink and OLED alike Private by design: Grimlore talks only to the server address you enter. No ads, no analytics, no trackers, and nothing is ever sent to the developer or any third party. Your library and reading data stay on your device and your own server. Note: Grimlore is a client app. It requires access to a Grimmory (grimmory.org) or BookOrbit server, which you host yourself. It does not provide any content of its own.
