Fayo

Confused about what to do after Class 10 or Plus Two? Fayo tells you — clearly, honestly, and in minutes. Most career quizzes ask "what do you want to become?" and just repeat your Instagram feed back to you. Fayo doesn't. It asks how you actually think and work, then matches that to real careers with real demand in Kerala — not generic advice copied from a national website. WHAT FAYO DOES - Answer a few quick questions about how you think, work, and make decisions — no boring aptitude test, no grades required - Get your top 3 career matches instantly, each with a clear reason it fits YOU specifically - See a real roadmap: which exam to take, which course or institution near you, what it pays to start, how long it takes - No sign-up required to see your result — create an account only if you want to save it BUILT FOR KERALA, NOT ADAPTED FOR IT Fayo isn't a national app with Kerala pasted on top. Recommendations are localized to your district — Malappuram, Kozhikode, Kannur, Palakkad, and beyond — with Kerala salary numbers, not Bangalore or Mumbai figures, and institutions you can actually reach. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT Career Prayanam and government portals list hundreds of careers and leave you to figure out the rest. Aptitude tests score you and stop. Coaching apps sell you courses. Fayo is none of these — it's a straight answer to "what should I actually do next," followed by a specific, actionable next step. WHO IT'S FOR - Class 10 students deciding a Plus Two stream - Plus Two students unsure about degree vs. vocational paths - Anyone who started a course and realized it's not right for them - Working adults who want to switch tracks and don't know where to start HOW IT WORKS 1. Answer a short set of behavior-based questions (not "what's your dream job") 2. Fayo analyzes your pattern — not just one answer, the shape of all of them together 3. Get 3 career matches ranked for you, each with a next step you can act on this week 4. Share your result or save it to revisit later Free to use. No spam, no forced course purchases, no dead-end results page. Fayo — your career, real clarity, no noise.
