Buxx is a private, local-first personal finance app for people who want full control of their money data. Everything stays on your device by default. No forced account creation. No cloud dependency. Android users can also import supported bank SMS transaction alerts into draft transactions for review. FEATURES SMS transaction import (Android) Read supported bank SMS alerts, including short-code senders, and convert them into transaction drafts you approve. Accounts, categories, and transaction tracking Track day-to-day spending and income across multiple accounts and currencies. Budgeting with threshold alerts Set category budgets, watch spend progress, and receive timely alerts as budgets approach limits. Recurring transactions and reminders Automate repeating income and expense entries so your records stay current. Premium PDF reporting Export complete financial reports as polished PDFs with monthly summaries, net worth history, budget variance, and subscription analysis. Smart shopping lists and exports Plan groceries with quantities, estimated and confirmed pricing, optional caps, and recurrence. Export shopping lists as PDF or CSV for sharing, printing, or records. Reconciliation and debt planning Reconcile balances with statements and build debt payoff plans using Snowball or Avalanche methods. Strong security and backup Protect access with PIN and biometrics.
