WSD – What Should I Do helps you break out of endless scrolling and do something meaningful instead. FEATURES • Today view: WSD suggests a task that fits your energy, the time of day and your interests. • Habits: create habits, track them and get reminders. • Daily to-do list and evening reflection. • Challenges with photo or exercise recognition – fully on-device. • Earn gems and trade them for mindful screen time. • App blocker: when you open a distracting app, WSD shows a pause screen with better ideas. USE OF THE ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE API WSD uses Android's AccessibilityService API. It is optional and is only enabled after a prominent in-app disclosure and your explicit consent. What it is used for: • Detecting which app is currently in the foreground, so WSD can block the apps you selected in real time and show its pause screen. • Only if you turn on the optional "Block Instagram Reels only" or "Block YouTube Shorts only" features (each with its own consent): reading the screen structure of Instagram or YouTube to detect whether the Reels or Shorts feed is open. • When you tap "Leave Reels/Shorts", WSD performs the system "Back" action once. What it does not do: • No screen content, text or input is stored, transmitted or shared. Everything is processed on your device only. • The API is not used for advertising, tracking or any other purpose. You can turn the service off at any time in Android Settings → Accessibility.
