If someone's in crisis, Wren immediately shows real, human-run helplines (like 988 in the US) — never AI, never behind a paywall or a wait. You can report someone, block them, set a letter aside, leave a thread, or pause everything — any time. FREE TO BE HEARD, FOREVER Writing, being heard, replying, deleting your words, taking a break, and every crisis resource are free — always. Membership is only ever for people who want to give more and carry a few small extras: a second letter each day, longer replies, more than one thread at a time, and a private look back at the light you gave.
