Worksfound

Worksfound automates your job search with artificial intelligence. Apply to hundreds of job opportunities aligned with your profile without filling out forms or rebuilding your CV every time. The app works for you while you stay focused on your current job or simply rest. CENTRALIZED JOB PORTAL We centralize the most widely used job platforms (LinkedIn, and soon Indeed, Glassdoor, and Google Jobs) into a single dashboard. Forget about switching between tabs, remembering passwords, and filling out the same forms repeatedly. With Worksfound, you can browse, filter, decide, and apply to jobs in one place. AUTOMATED APPLICATIONS WITH SMART RESPONSES Our AI reads each job posting and answers recruiter questions based on your REAL experience — no inventing, no exaggerating. When a company asks “How many years of React experience do you have?” or “Do you have advanced SQL skills?”, the response comes directly from your CV. We apply through LinkedIn Easy Apply and external ATS systems (Greenhouse, Ashby, Teamtailor, Breezy, JobDiva, and more), with human-like pauses between applications to avoid your account being flagged as a bot. AI-GENERATED ATS-OPTIMIZED RESUMES Generate a resume optimized for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) that filter candidates before a recruiter even sees them. Worksfound transforms your experience into a machine-readable and recruiter-friendly document, preserving key details and adapting keywords to the role you are targeting. Spanish ↔ English translation in one click, while keeping formatting and technology names intact. SMART FILTERING: ONLY WHAT FITS YOU Set your criteria once: target role, work model (remote / hybrid / on-site), required language, seniority, positive and negative keywords. The AI filters out anything that doesn’t match, so you only see opportunities aligned with your goals. Automatic detection of work model, seniority level, and language for every job posting. HOW IT WORKS 1. Upload your CV or create one with AI in minutes. 2. Define the type of role you are looking for. 3. Securely connect your LinkedIn account. 4. Worksfound searches, filters, and applies for you. 5. Receive notifications when a company responds. WHO IT’S FOR * Professionals who already have a job and want to switch without spending hours applying. * Active job seekers who feel that applying has become a full-time job itself. * Talent looking for remote opportunities with international companies. * Developers, designers, IT professionals, marketing, sales, finance, and many other industries. PRIVACY & CONTROL Your professional information and credentials are encrypted. You decide which companies to apply to and can stop automation whenever you want. Worksfound never sends applications to companies that do not match your filters. REAL STATISTICS Every week, see how many hours you saved, how many jobs matched your profile, how many applications were sent, and which companies received them. If a company responds, you’ll be notified directly in the app. Worksfound is the modern way to search for jobs: stop competing with noise and start focusing only on opportunities that are truly worth it.
