筋トレ秘書は、AIがあなたのトレーニングを丸ごとサポートする記録アプリです。 ■ AIトレーニング提案セッション名を入力するだけで、AIが種目・セット数・レップ数を自動提案初心者から上級者まで、目標に合わせたプランをその場で作成します。 ■ かんたん記録種目ごとに重量・レップ数を入力。RPE（主観的運動強度）を記録して、今日のコンディションを数値化できます。 ■ AIフィードバックセッション終了後にAIが自動分析。「前回より重量アップ」「疲労が蓄積気味」など、次回に活かせるアドバイスをリアルタイムで提供します。 ■ カレンダー管理月間カレンダーでトレーニング記録を一覧表示。継続できているか一目でわかります。 ■ カスタム種目スクワット・ベンチプレスなどの定番種目に加え、自分だけのオリジナル種目も登録可能。はじめての筋トレから本格的なボディメイクまで、毎回のトレーニングをデータで積み上げましょう。
