The Woof Pack

The Woof Pack is the official app for The Woof Scoop, a local pet-care business servicing South East Queensland. Book and manage your pet care, follow your dog's walk live, and get photo proof that your gate was shut after every visit, all from one app. FOR PET OWNERS Book and manage your services Book pet waste removal, yard deodorising, dog walks, pet check-ins and pet taxi services Add, change or remove services anytime, with no lock-in contracts Everything syncs with your account on thewoofscoop.au, so changes made in the app or on the website show up in both Watch your dog's walk live Follow your dog's walk on a live map as it happens. GPS tracking switches on when the walk starts and off when it ends, and your walker can send photos along the way. Gate photo on every visit Every job starts and ends with a photo of your gate, taken live in the app and sent straight to you. Photos can't be uploaded from a camera roll, so you know what you're seeing is real. Properties without a gate are flagged so this step is skipped. Tell us about your pet Add notes about your dog's temperament and behaviour, property access details, and anything your walker should know. Share photos of your yard and dog to help us prepare. FOR THE WOOF SCOOP TEAM The Woof Pack includes staff tools for our walkers and scoopers: Daily job list with route planning that orders jobs by shortest total drive time Job details including address, gate codes, dog temperament and notes from previous walkers In-app photos with time and location details, plus job notes Reminders to take gate photos and in-walk photos Option to pick up extra jobs that fit their route Emergency SOS If something goes wrong on a job, staff can trigger an SOS. After a 30-second countdown, so accidental presses can be cancelled, WoofPal alerts app users within 20 km with the exact GPS location. It also gives one-tap calling to emergency services and to the dog's owner or emergency contact. SECURITY AND PRIVACY Two-step verification is on for every customer account, with extra MFA available if you want it Staff only see the jobs assigned to them, and gate codes are only visible while they're on your job. Access ends once the final gate photo is taken We keep only the data we need to look after your pets Property access details are deleted 30 days after you cancel, or immediately on request, and you'll receive a deletion receipt WHERE WE OPERATE The Woof Pack is for customers within The Woof Scoop's service area in South East Queensland.
