WMFC

WMFC (Wash Movement & Fleet Coordination) is a restricted operational app for approved rental-fleet staff. It runs the live vehicle-turnaround board shared by Wash, QTA, Red Counter, Blue Counter and International Counter devices. Access is limited to devices paired by a manager. WMFC is not a consumer app and holds no useful information without an authorised pairing. ONE LIVE BOARD • Every active vehicle with its stage, destination counter, customer surname and RA number. • Queue, grouped, oldest, ETA, overdue and priority views. • Amber and red urgency states so a late vehicle is obvious across the workshop floor. • Counter devices see only their own queue and are alerted when a new vehicle is assigned. SCAN-FIRST ENTRY • Read a registration plate with the camera. • Scan and validate an eight-digit MVA barcode. • Manual lookup is always available, and unmatched vehicles can be corrected later. THE FULL TURNAROUND • Details Given, Cleaning, Waiting on Driver, In Transit, At Counter and Gate Exit. • Stage ETA defaults with manual adjustment. • Bay assignment, with Gate Exit held until the bay is saved. • End a tracker early with a recorded outcome. • Complete activity history showing who changed what, when and from which device. REPORTING • Live volume by counter, average stage duration, source device and ETA overrides. BUILT FOR THE FLOOR • Phone and tablet layouts, with a side-by-side board and job detail on tablets. • Device pairing by six-digit code or QR, with the device token held in the Android Keystore.
