Tempo Rounds: Interval Timer

Find your rhythm, one round at a time. Tempo Rounds is a simple interval timer for movement, stretch breaks and focused work. BUILD YOUR OWN SESSION Choose work time, rest time, number of rounds and a short preparation countdown. Start with Tabata, Stretch or Focus presets, then adjust them to fit your routine. SAVE AND REPEAT Save up to eight named routines on your device. See how many sessions you have completed locally, with no account or sign-in. CLEAR WHILE RUNNING Large numbers, a circular progress indicator and sound or vibration help you follow each interval. Pause and resume whenever needed. The screen stays awake during an active session. Leaving the app automatically pauses the timer, so return to the app to continue. ENGLISH AND KOREAN Switch the interface language in the app. ADS AT NATURAL BREAKS The free app contains a setup-screen banner and may show an ad when you return to setup after a completed session. No ads appear during an active or paused countdown. The timer works even when an ad does not load. PRIVACY Timer settings, routines and session counts stay on your device. Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, approximate location, interactions and diagnostics as described in our privacy policy. Consent controls are available where required. Tempo Rounds is a general-purpose timer, not a medical device. It does not collect health measurements or provide medical advice.
