Booking ahead instead of urgent saves you the ฿200 call-out fee, and scheduled jobs are matched faster. TRACKED FROM START TO FINISH • A live map showing your repairman's position from the moment they accept until the job is done • A step-by-step timeline — accepted, arrived, working, finished, paid — updating in real time • Message and call buttons right on the tracker, so you never need to dig for a number • A share-trip link, so family can follow the visit from their own phone with no account needed • Before-and-after photos of the work area, stored as evidence on every booking If your item has to go to the repairman's shop, tracking continues on the trip back too, and your repairman commits to a return date before they leave with it. If they are late on that promise, they pay the penalty — not you. PAY WHEN IT'S DONE Check the work, add a tip if you'd like, and confirm payment only once the job is finished. HOW IT WORKS 1.
