Full description

WildIndex helps hunting properties, ranch teams, and land managers keep wildlife and field records organized in one shared workspace. Record harvests, log wildlife sightings, review property activity, and work from a shared property map. Hunters can capture GPS-based records and photos in the field, while property admins can manage users, monitor activity, review reports, and keep property records connected across the season. Use WildIndex to: - Record harvests with species details, notes, photos, and locations - Log wildlife sightings with GPS pins, field notes, and optional photos - Review property maps with parcels, hunt sites, and activity overlays - Track property-level wildlife activity and field trends over time - View daily hunt details with weather, wind, and legal light timing - Manage assigned properties from one account - Support admin workflows for users, assignments, reports, and property tools - Upload and review trail camera or field photos where supported - Send support requests with optional diagnostics and screenshots WildIndex is built for active hunting properties and the people trusted to manage them. Some features are role-based and may require an assigned property, admin permissions, or an active subscription.
