HyneSite

HyneSite is the site access and right-to-work portal for construction and energy sites. This app is for companies that already use HyneSite: you sign in with the account your organisation gave you. There is no sign-up in the app. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See who is on site now, across every site and gate. • Keep a record of each worker: their company, the sites they may enter, and their right-to-work status. • Check new arrivals. Workers register at the gate on their first day; a site manager reviews their right-to-work evidence and approves them. • See which right-to-work checks are due or expired before they become a problem. • Manage sites, gates, suppliers and your own team, and invite colleagues. • Review the activity log and the audit trail of who changed what. AT THE GATE The app can also run the HyneSite gate screen on a tablet. Pair it to a gate with a code from the portal, and workers sign in and out by face, if they have agreed to that, or by name. NOTIFICATIONS Owners, admins and site managers can get a notification when someone registers at a gate, so their right-to-work check can be done before they start. Tap it to go straight to New arrivals. CAMERA The camera is used to take a face photo for gate sign-in, with the worker's consent, and to photograph right-to-work documents. It is asked for only when you reach one of those steps. YOUR DATA Each organisation sees only its own records. Data is held in the UK. HyneSite is a William Hynes Group company.
