It answers the question that decides every deal: what is the most I can pay for this car and still make the money I need. The app works the arithmetic backwards and shows the highest purchase price that still clears your margin, updating live on a gauge as you change any field. No spreadsheet, no guessing at the kerb. THE FULL LANDED COST Once the car is yours, the app tracks what it really costs: repair line items, parts, transport, paperwork, platform commission, and the cost of capital and storage for every day it sits unsold. Profit per day parked is shown alongside raw margin, because a thin deal that sells in a week can beat a fat one that sits for three months. A REPAIR LIBRARY THAT LEARNS YOUR PRICES The app includes 22 common reconditioning jobs — brake work, paint, detailing, glass, diagnostics and the rest — each with a starting estimate. Log what a job actually costs you three times and the estimate recalibrates to your own shop rates. You can also set a manual floor for any job from day one. THE WHOLE LOT AT A GLANCE A dashboard shows how much capital is tied up across active deals, which car has been sitting longest, and which ones cost you money every day they do not sell. Analytics break down profit per day by make and model, days to sell, how close your estimates were to reality, and which months are your best. Each deal moves through a status flow that matches how flips work: evaluation, purchased, in restoration, ready, sold. Before and after photo galleries attach to the deal, and a photo can attach to any repair item. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no login, no server and no sync. Every deal, repair record and calibration stays on your device. Camera access is used only for your own photos, and nothing leaves the phone. Works fully offline.
