Order History: Easily track and view your order history, including completed deliveries and cancelled orders, so you can stay on top of your workload. Real-Time Notifications: Receive immediate updates on any new orders, cancellations, or changes to your assigned tasks. Efficient Workflow: Simplifies the delivery process by providing quick access to order details and directions to customer locations. How It Works: Order Assignment: Once a pharmacy inputs an order in the web portal, it's assigned to a rider within the app. Pick Up and Delivery: The rider picks up the order from the assigned pharmacy and delivers it to the customer’s location. Status Updates: Upon delivery completion, the rider confirms the delivery or cancels if the customer is unavailable. Tracking: Riders can access their order history, allowing them to track their delivery performance and manage their workload.
