Weigh Down is the PIONEER of faith-based weight loss programs and the only answer to permanent weight loss! National best-selling author of "The Weigh Down Diet" and founder of Weigh Down Ministries, Gwen Shamblin Lara, brought this groundbreaking approach to weight loss directly to you through the Weigh Down TV app and now, her daughter, Elizabeth Shamblin Kaufmann brings you the Truthstream app containing all that Weigh Down TV offered and more! Weigh Down is unlike any other diet program because instead of making you focus on the food’s content, it walks you through how to replace your love for food with a love for God. Weigh Down does not require pills, special foods or drink concoctions, or “have-to” exercise regimens! Imagine the freedom of never walking down the diet food aisle again, all while losing your excess weight. God did not put chocolate, sour cream, and butter on this earth to torture you, and you can learn how to enjoy all His amazing foods with a permanent newly-found self control. The Weigh Down method has been around since the mid–1980s, and you will meet people (just like yourself), who have been free from 30, 50, even over 100 pounds, and they have kept the weight off for decades. If you are sick of yo-yo dieting, Truthstream is the answer!
