AssistantNotes: Voice Notes

Record a thought. AssistantNotes turns it into something you can actually use. Tap the microphone and talk. Your words appear as you speak them. When you stop, the note is already titled, summarised, tagged by topic, and scanned for anything that looks like a task or a date. WHAT YOU GET FROM EVERY NOTE - A live transcript, written as you speak - A short summary, so you do not reread the whole thing - Action items pulled out as a checklist you can tick off - Deadlines and dates detected in plain language, with one tap to add them to your calendar - Topics and tags applied automatically, and editable by hand - Names, places and organisations picked out of the text BUILT AROUND SEARCH Search covers titles, transcripts, summaries and tags at once. Notes go into folders when you want them to. Nothing is buried. YOUR NOTES STAY YOURS There is no signup and no account. Notes live on your device. If you want them on more than one device, you generate a sync key and enter it on the other device. Only someone holding that key can read them. We never ask for your email to get started. WORKS OFFLINE The app is installable and keeps working without a connection. Notes captured offline sync when you are back. FREE AND PRO Three notes a day, free, with no trial timer and no ads. Pro unlocks unlimited notes, the higher-quality AI processing, and cross-device sync. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Buy it once and it stays yours. A NOTE ON AUDIO ON ANDROID On Android, AssistantNotes saves the transcript rather than the audio recording. Live transcription and everything built on top of it work exactly as described above. Audio playback of past notes is available on iOS and on the web app. Made by a solo developer. No ads, no tracking, no data resale.
