It helps project teams submit payment letters, move them through approval levels, and stay on top of payouts — without paper chases or scattered WhatsApp threads. Whether you raise requests as an Account Incharge or review them as an Approver, Pay Flow keeps every step in one place. Account Incharge raises a payment request with project, account, vendor, and amount details. 2. The request moves through configured approval levels (Level 1, Level 2, and so on). 3. Each assigned approver reviews the request in their Inbox and acts when it is their turn. 4. Once fully approved, the request is ready for accounts and payment processing. Pay Flow is designed for construction and project-based businesses where payments must be documented, approved in sequence, and traceable. Permissions are assigned per project, so the same user can have different roles on different projects.
