Die PCP Patient App bietet Patientinnen und Patienten im Einvernehmen mit dem behandelnden/betreuenden Arzt, einer Ambulanz, eines Medizinischen Versorgungszentrums oder einer Klinik die folgenden Funktionalitäten an: · Einfache und v.a. sichere Übermittlung des freigeschalteten Zugangs zur persönlichen Patientenakte nach Bestätigung der Datenschutzerklärung und Nutzungsbedingungen. · Die Datenablage (Speicherung) erfolgt ausschließlich im EDV-System des Anbieters (Praxis, Ambulanz, MVZ, Klinik), in einem vom Hauptsystem getrennten Mandanten. · Übertragung der Daten im FHIR-Standard (SSL-Verschlüsselung). · Die Absicherung des Zugriffs basiert auf Bearer-Token welche mit REST-Methoden über das EDV-System des Anbieters bei der Authentifizierung erstellt werden. · Übersicht aller Termine, unterteilt in eine Liste der noch ausstehenden und eine Liste bereits durchgeführter Termine mit jeweils detaillierten Angaben zu einem Termin. · Übersicht und Einsichtnahme in freigegebene Befunde (PDF) der Patientenakte inkl. Druckfunktion und Weiterleitung an andere Medien. · Aufnahme von Fotos direkt aus der App heraus und Integration in die Patientenakte. · Direktes und intuitives Erfassen von ausgewählten Fragebogen, welche nach Speicherung automatisch in der Patientenakte des zentralen EDV-Systems per FHIR übertragen werden. · Auslösen einer Videokonferenz durch den Arzt, wenn die Patientin oder der Patient in der App angemeldet ist. Die Videokonferenz wird mit WebRTC durchgeführt, wodurch eine Peer-Peer Verbindung zwischen der App und dem Browser-basierten EDV-System des Anbieters (Praxis, Ambulanz, MVZ, Klinik) garantiert ist · Diese App verbindet sich auf Wunsch mit Health Connect, um Schritte und Körpergewicht zu synchronisieren, auszuwerten und dem Nutzer Statistiken bereitzustellen. Diese Funktionen sind Kernbestandteil der App; deshalb werden die entsprechenden "Health Connect" Berechtigungen benötigt. Daten werden ausschließlich für die beschriebenen Funktionen verwendet.
